Withdrawal

You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period starts the day you — or someone you named, not the carrier — receive the goods. If an order has several pieces, the period starts when you receive the last one.

Send withdrawal to Kathrin Planke, Suderloh 17, 30419 Hannover, hallo@artistikath.de. A letter or email is enough — you do not have to use the model form below. To meet the deadline, send it before the fourteen days run out. You can also withdraw via the “Withdraw from contract” function above. After you confirm, you get a receipt by email.

You must send the goods back without delay and in any event within fourteen days of telling me you withdraw, to Kathrin Planke, Suderloh 17, 30419 Hannover, hallo@artistikath.de. The deadline is met if you send them before the fourteen days run out. You pay the direct cost of return shipping.

I refund all payments, including shipping, within fourteen days on the same payment path. I may withhold the refund until I receive the goods or you prove they were sent back.

You only pay for loss of value if you used the goods beyond what you would in a shop to check them.
